Sub-processors

Last updated: 19 July 2026

To run Intake Form Pro we rely on a small number of third-party services. Some process personal data on our behalf. This page lists every one of them, what they do, and what they receive. If we add a sub-processor we will update this page.

A note on AI processing

The most sensitive flow in the product is the AI case brief. To produce it, the answers your client submitted and the text of any documents they uploaded are sent to Anthropic for analysis. That content is not used to train any model. We would rather state this plainly than bury it, because it is the single thing a careful client would most want to know.

Data Processing Agreement

If your firm needs a Data Processing Agreement, contact support@adamlegalsystems.com and we will provide our standard DPA.
