To run Intake Form Pro we rely on a small number of third-party services. Some process personal data on our behalf. This page lists every one of them, what they do, and what they receive. If we add a sub-processor we will update this page.
These are part of the core service and apply to every account.
| Provider | What they do | What they receive | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| DigitalOcean | Application hosting, database, and file storage | All data held in the product, including uploaded documents | United States |
| Anthropic | AI case briefs and lead scoring | Intake answers and the text of uploaded documents, sent for the duration of the analysis | United States |
| Mailgun | Sending email — notifications, alerts, campaigns | Recipient name and email address, message content, delivery and open events | United States |
| Twilio | Text-message alerts | Phone numbers and message content | United States |
| Stripe | Subscription billing | Firm billing contact, email address, and payment details | United States |
| Paddle | Alternative subscription billing, where enabled | Firm billing contact and email address | United Kingdom |
These receive data only when you choose to enable the relevant integration. If you never connect them, they receive nothing.

The most sensitive flow in the product is the AI case brief. To produce it, the answers your client submitted and the text of any documents they uploaded are sent to Anthropic for analysis. That content is not used to train any model. We would rather state this plainly than bury it, because it is the single thing a careful client would most want to know.
If your firm needs a Data Processing Agreement, contact support@adamlegalsystems.com and we will provide our standard DPA.
